What are my Shipping Charges?

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your product(s). Your total shipping charges will automatically computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Free Shipping is available only for purchase above RM100 from www.gearzgadget.com

How long is the Shipping & Delivery Period?

Once order is received , goods will be shipped out to our logistics partners within 24 hours.

Expected Delivery time by our Logistics Partners :

  • In Metro areas: 1 – 4 working days
  • In Non- Metro areas: 3 – 10 working days

Carriers

We use one of the following carriers to deliver your orders:

  • PosLaju
  • J&T Express

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Does the courier service deliver on weekends and public holidays ?

Our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.

Does Gearz Gadget offer international shipments ? 

International shipment is not available at the moment.

Can I prearranged the date I want to get the delivery?

You may coordinate with our logistics partner to schedule according to your preference.

What should I do if I am unable to receive the product at the time of delivery?
